ROBERT O. STRIPLING, JR. is a native of Gainesville, Florida. He received his law degree from the University of Florida College of Law in 1966, and his B.S. from Florida State University in 1964. Mr. Stripling received his early training as a law clerk for United States District Judge Charles R. Scott in Jacksonville, Florida and entered the private practice of trial law in 1968. He is past president of the powerful and prestigious The Florida Justice Association (formally The Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers), and a three term member of the Board of Governors of the Florida Bar. Mr. Stripling is board certified in civil trial law by the Florida Bar, and by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of Florida, and in the Federal District Court, United States Court of Appeals, and United States Supreme Court. He maintains the highest peer rating for legal ability and integrity as established by the Martindale Hubbell Law Directory. Mr. Stripling specializes in personal injury and wrongful death cases, including motor vehicle accidents, product liability and medical malpractice. During his long career in trial practice, he has handled many complex personal injury and wrongful death cases throughout courts all over Florida.
